Suggested January 2024 5 Best Midjourney Prompt Generator Tools Right Now!
With the abundance of AI tools, creating artwork is no longer a challenge as long as you enter the right prompts that compile all of your inspirations and thoughts into text form. While that may seem like an easy task, sometimes you may hit a roadblock if your initial spark of inspiration may have faded or you’re unsure of where to go next.
The easiest tool to generate prompts on Midjourney is Promptomania (website). The tool lets you start your prompt with your desired concept that you can add via text or an image URL or both. After you’ve entered the input text, you can add other details to the prompt by selecting a “Base image” that you use to choose further styles and details.
You can find and select your preferred art medium, camera configuration, color palette, dimensionality, resolution and display characteristics, shapes and geometrical styles of subjects, lighting types, additional materials, and other intangibles within the “Add some details” module. If you don’t prefer customizing these values, Promptomania allows you to mimic a certain artist’s style based on your selected base image.
Additionally, you can further customize the prompt with different Midjourney parameters and image sizes. Once you’ve chosen the desired styles and parameters, you can scroll to the top of the page to view and copy the generated prompt onto Midjourney.

Noonshot’s MJ Prompt (website) tool is a close alternative to Promptomania as it also offers a stack of preset settings and styles that you may need to create an AI art of your choice on Midjourney. You can start by entering your main concept inside the text box at the top and then follow it up by choosing different options and values to style the image in your own way.
MJ Prompt hosts around 100 different options to help you find a style for the image you want to create like 16-bit, 1800s, cartoon, coral, cyberpunk, futuristic, pastel, pixel art, tropical, and more. You can add one or multiple styles for your prompt and the tool lets you set the accuracy level for each of your selected styles.
In addition to styles, you have options to set a preferred lighting, camera view, artist’s style, color palette, materials, aspect ratio, depth of field (blur effect), quality (less or more detailed), and stylize (less or more artistic). Furthermore, you can customize your prompt with your own image to get inspiration from and add negative prompts to avoid seeing certain elements inside the creation. The final prompt will then be generated at the top of the page from where you can copy and paste it onto Midjourney.
If you want a prompt generator that’s not clouded with many options but is more user-friendly, Jrnylist (website) might be perfect for you. You can start by adding a prompt in the text box at the bottom of the screen and then choosing an art style from the tabs at the top – Artistic, Illustrations, and UI & Icons.
In terms of art, Jrnylist lets you select multiple medium types including B&W, oil painting, mixed media, vector art, and more. You can then combine them with your preferred styles from Nature and Landscape, and Portraits sections. Unlike the prompt builders above, your options are limited when you use Jrnylist as the tool aims to be simplistic and easy to use.
Besides art, you can get prompts for creating illustrations, t-shirt graphics, UI mockups, and even icons with this tool. The only option to customize your prompt comes in the form of the Modified tool which lets you apply from an existing list of aspect ratios.
Hugging Face’s Prompt (website) Generator might probably be the most minimal of the offerings listed here. When you load up this tool, you should see two boxes – the one on the left is where you enter a general idea or concept for the image you want to create and the one on the right is where you see all the prompts that are suggested by the tool based on your input.
You can type in the basic concept for the AI art in English and when you submit it, Hugging Face will show you several versions of your idea inside the “Generated Text” box with different styles and elements in it. You can then copy any of the suggestions from this section onto Midjourney to find what kind of AI art is created using the input prompt.
You can start by typing your concept inside the Main Idea box and then add secondary objects, negative prompts, and image URLs to structure the AI art around. You can then style your art with a set of tools including custom descriptors, camera view and setup, art medium, film adaptation, artist inspiration, game theme, color tone, lighting, and depth of field.(Bonus) PromptHero : Find prompts for the Midjourney images you like
While it may not essentially be a prompt generator, PromptHero (website) is a platform where you can browse through thousands of AI-generated images created on MidJourney with user-submitted prompts. You can use it to gain inspiration from the vast library of images available on the page.
That’s all you need to know about the best Midjourney prompts generator tools out there.

The term metaverse was doing the rounds long before Facebook and Microsoft entered the fray. But the gaming industry working in the blockchain and crypto space is leading the forefront. Before we begin with some cool metaverse games, let’s understand what metaverse is, how it is different, and what to expect. What Is Metaverse?
In the metaverse you can own lands, shop, play to earn, watch concerts, and even work. The possibilities seem to be endless with creators, dreamers, and corporate behemoths trying to build an entire world from scratch. And that’s the appeal. It unlocks, literally, an entire world full of potential with a focus on new ways to play, earn, work, and do so much more.
Let’s take a look at some examples of metaverse games that are changing the way we go about our daily lives.1. Decentraland
It has an events page where you can find and participate in ongoing events that include art exhibitions, DJ parties, and so on. You can explore as a guest or use one of the crypto wallets like Meta Mask to sign in.
Fun fact: the world’s oldest auction house, Sotheby, has opened a digital version of its London gallery in Decentraland.2. Axie Infinity
While Decentraland wants to create a virtual city that mimics aspects of the real world, Axie Infinity takes the play-to-earn approach. Inspired by Pokemon, players collect, raise, and breed creatures called Axies and take part in PvP (player vs. player) battles with them.
Like any game, there is a point system to level up. Run by its own governance token called Axie Infinity Shards or AXS, Axie Infinity is changing the way gamers interact with the game. Players own the creatures they collect and breed and can sell them for native tokens on the marketplace to make real profit.3. The Sandbox
Another metaverse game with a play-to-earn format, Sandbox allows users to buy land, build on top of it, then sell it on NFT marketplaces like Open Sea. You can be a creator who is building the metaverse or a player who is participating in the games created by other players or builders.
As is the norm in the blockchain gaming world, creators own digital rights to their creations, which are tradable. Their native cryptocurrency is SAND, which powers the economy, facilitating transactions like buy/sell land parcels, characters, etc.4. Yield Guild Games
Yield Guild Games or YGG makes it possible for a group of players to participate in blockchain games remotely. The benefit is not being required to be at the same place like in the old days. They can compete for prizes, cash/tokens, and in-game assets.
You can think of YGG as the Steam (from Valve) of blockchain gaming where you can play different games like The Sandbox, Axie Infinity, and more.
YGG’s objective is to bring players together from different parts of the world so that they can win together. Because YGG is a DAO, players get to vote on important decisions, like where money is invested, which NFTs to purchase, and which games they want to play to earn rewards.5. Mines of Dalarnia
While the graphics are nothing to write home about, and the game is in 2D, it does look promising. Maybe adding a couple of new maps and 3D worlds would spice things up.6. Chromia
Chromia is not a game but an entire gaming studio that has created several games, including Mines of Dalarnia discussed above. Other metaverse games include My Neighbor Alice, Krystopia, and Chain of Alliance. They are also involved in some other side projects and probably won’t stop there. Expect more game launches in the future as the tech improves.7. Gala
Gala is a blockchain gaming studio just like Chromia. The dev team has already developed and released a bunch of games like Townstar, a simulation game, and SpiderTanks, a PvP game, with few others in development. There is a store where you can buy and sell in-games items with the native token, Gala.
Gala Games was co-founded by Eric Schiermeyer, who also founded Zynga. They are currently working on creating more games and launching a mainnet of their own blockchain, GalaChain. Currently, they are deployed on Ethereum.

There are three types of capacity modeling techniques depending on:
and, strategies used.
Based on the capacity planning level
Capacity planning at the organization level: This is where the organization decides whether it has enough skilled workers. This helps to decide whether a hiring process is necessary.
Allocation of resources at the project level: A manager at the project level identifies available resources and requests allocations for a project. Find out more resource allocation here.
Management of workload at the individual level: You must monitor each member of your team individually to prevent burnout. This will ensure that team members are not overwhelmed or under-worked.Based on the capacity goal
Capacity for short-term use: Teams may increase or decrease the number of employees depending on seasonality or customer demand. Capacity plans for short-term can be for one day, one week, one month, or even a quarter.
Capacity for medium-term use: This is a common option for projects lasting from one to three years.
Capacity for the long-term: The time frame for planning depends on the industry. Experts often look at trends in the industry to forecast the demand for capacity. The forecasts are used to plan capacity.Based on capacity fulfillment strategy
Strategy to increase lead capacity: This is when you increase your capacity to meet demand. This strategy can often lead to underutilized capacity.
Strategy to reduce lag capacity: The lag capacity strategy will only allow you to increase capacity when there is actual demand. This strategy can lead to overworked teams and delayed projects.
Strategy to match capacity: This is when the capacity is increased in small increments to meet demand. What are the factors affecting team capacity planning?
Demand and availability are the basic factors that affect capacity planning. Three other factors are important when it comes to team project planning.
Project schedule: The project schedule determines the amount, time, and type of resources that are needed.

47 Meters Down
Everyone loves a good shark attack movie, and 47 Meters down is one of the better entries in this horror sub-genre. There is a plot about two sisters who want to go cage diving in Mexico. Can they escape, while also avoid being eaten by the many, many great white sharks that are swimming around the cage? Stream it on Hulu to find out.

This recent UK horror film is one of the best scary movies on Hulu. It’s set in the mid-1980s, and tells the tale of a woman who works the British Board of Film Classification. She looks at movies and recommends edits to remove any major violent content. One day, she looks at a horror movie that seems to have a plot that’s similar to the real disappearances of this woman’s little sister years ago. She then goes on a quest to find this movie’s director to see if he knows anything about what happened to her sister. She may not like what she finds out.

He then runs into a 12-year old girl, and they become friends. Then, the murders in his small town start to pile up, and he discovers his new friend is responsible. Why? Because this young girl is also a vampire. While this film is a tad slow at times, it is highly atmospheric and, of course, very scary in many parts.
Here’s a recent Hulu exclusive movie that at first appears to be a romantic comedy. Daisy Edgar-Jones plays a young woman who is having trouble finding and dating the right guy. She seems to find him in the character played by Sebastian Stan, but as you will soon find out, he’s hiding a pretty big secret from her.
Here’s another Hulu exclusive horror movie to check out. Sarah Paulson plays a mother to a teenage daughter who appears to suffer from a number of health issues, including paralysis. The daughter is looking forward to going to college to be on her own. However, she soon realizes that her mother may not be ready for her daughter to leave.
Sigourney Weaver plays a criminal psychologist who suffers from extreme agoraphobia due to an attack from a serial killer. She has since remained inside her apartment. However, when recruited by the police to help solve a new series of murders, she soon realizes that the killer is replicating other serial killers, including the one that attacked her.
My Friend Dahmer
Former Disney Channel heartthrob Ross Lynch plays the real notorious serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. However, the film shows what it might have been like for Dahmer in high school, before he decided to become a killer and cannibal.
Sometimes you can have comedy inside your horror movie, and this 1999 film is one of the best in that small subgenre. It’s basically a sendup of the Jaws franchise, except that the creature isn’t a great while shark in the deep ocean, but a massive 30-foot crocodile in a relatively small wilderness lake. It has some funny bits but it’s also one of the best scary movies on Hulu.
Karen Gillan plays a young woman in this film who is convinced that an evil haunted mirror killed her parents years ago, instead of her brother, who was blamed and put in a mental hospital. Can she solve this mystery and destroy this evil object, or will she become its next victim?
Brandon Cronenberg, the son of horror movie master David Cronenberg, lives up to his dad’s reputation with this 2023 movie. It stars Andrea Riseborough who can actually go into the minds of other people and control them. She uses this talent to become the ultimate assassin. However, one day she finds that her latest “possessor” is fighting back against her control.
Here’s another horror-comedy to check out. Nicolas Cage has one of his most unusual roles as a drifter who has some car trouble in a small town. He has no money but a mechanic offers to fix his car in exchange for becoming a night janitor at a shut-down kids entertainment center that has animatronic creatures. However, he soon learns that these creatures can move and think on their own and they are not happy.
Kiefer Sutherland plays a security guard at an abandoned apartment store. Unfortunately for him, the store has a lot of haunted mirrors, which are filled with evil spirits that are wanting to get out into the real world.
A group of misfits decides to become paranormal investigators in this horror-comedy. They go to check out what they believe to be a haunted farmhouse, but they quickly learn that the farm has more than just doors moving by themselves.
A business dinner party at a wealthy family’s home is assisted by a mysterious young waitress. The family and their guests later learn this woman is much more than she originally seems to be on the surface.
A young woman and her brother have to fight in their home to save themselves from a supernatural force. The entity only appears where there is no light, so naturally, the power goes out in their neighborhood.Honorable mentions
Here are a few more scary movies on Hulu that didn’t make our final list:
False Positive – A Hulu original about a woman who is desperate to get pregnant, but may have found the wrong doctor to help her.
Land of the Dead – Director George Romero’s fourth movie about zombies deals with both the undead and the remaining humans in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Host – Here’s an earlier movie from Parasite’s Bong Joon-ho about a massive aquatic monster in the waters of the Han River of Seoul.
The Clovehitch Killer – A teenager in a small Southern town starts to believe his father may be an infamous serial killer.
The Resort – A group of young people on vacation take a side trip to an abandoned tropical resort island, and soon find out why it was abandoned.
In my review of the most popular front-end frameworks – I’ve covered JAMstack as the most popular trend for two years in a row now. Looking at the data on GitHub, there are roughly 20ish SSG projects right now that have more than 1,000 stars. So, the goal of this review is to look at the most popular options, understand what makes them unique, and also learn why they’re so popular. What are static site generators?
A static site generator (SSG) is a framework that takes content from various sources (such as markdown files or a database) and generates a set of static HTML files. Unlike traditional dynamic websites, which generate HTML on the fly for each request, static sites are pre-generated, allowing them to be served quickly and efficiently.
This makes static site generators well-suited for blogs, documentation sites, and other types of content-focused websites.
Let’s look at the overall rankings.

Are you surprised to see chúng tôi in this list? At this rate, not only will Next be the top choice for chúng tôi frameworks, but also general front-end stuff. The other notable generators in this list are Astro, VitePress (which is the new VuePress), but also Nextra (which is based on Next.js).
Actually, all the listed options are great in their own way, and we’ll do a deep dive into that in this article. But when it comes down to it, the actual thing that SSGs are competing for is performance.
I’ll share the average npm install times for each SSG mentioned in this article. I’m also going to add each project’s node_modules size after the initial installation. Each installation was performed 5 times, including using npm cache clean --force every time. And where possible, I’m going to highlight custom benchmarks.
Let’s start with the most interesting project that’s getting a lot of attention right now.Astro
A visual representation of the Island architecture
Astro Islands supports multiple UI frameworks, which means you can create interactive components using any supported framework.Astro benchmarks
Over the last couple of days (at the time of writing this), Astro has made a few significant announcements. First, they did a complete overhaul of their design system (spoiler: it’s awesome!), they published a performance report for popular web frameworks, and they shipped Astro 2.1.
The Astro team has also done independent benchmarks based on the specification that is set by the HTTP Archive’s Web Almanac standards (Lighthouse, P90).
But it’s not just performance and islands; Astro packs a punch in the features department, too.Building content-first websites
Astro is designed to solve the problems associated with building content-rich websites. This includes most marketing sites, publishing sites, documentation sites, blogs, portfolios, and some e-commerce sites. Astro’s unique focus on content allows it to make tradeoffs and deliver unmatched performance features that wouldn’t make sense for more application-focused web frameworks to implement.
This approach has been dubbed the Single Page App (SPA), in contrast with Astro’s Multi Page App (MPA) approach. The result is amazing web performance for every website, out of the box.
In conclusion, Astro is an all-in-one web framework that comes with everything you need to build a website, but it’s also flexible enough to allow you to extend it with over 100+ integrations like React, Svelte, Vue, Tailwind CSS, MDX, image optimizations, and more. It’s UI-agnostic, which means you can Bring Your Own UI Framework (BYOF), and you can even mix and match different frameworks on the same page.
Eleventy supports 11 template languages, generates pages quickly, and is pre-rendered by default, which can improve performance. Eleventy is suitable for marketing websites, blogs, documentation, and eCommerce websites with mostly static content. In fact, brands like Google, Red Hat, and many notable tech startups use Eleventy in production! It’s not a framework.
Instead of being a framework, Eleventy is a tool that generates static pages from templates. It is not tied to any specific front-end or back-end technology, and it does not have any particular way of structuring your web application.
Eleventy is designed to be flexible and to work with the existing structure of your project.
This can be particularly useful if you are already using a set of tools and want to add static site generation to your workflow without having to learn a new framework.
The framework is particularly useful for projects that require flexibility in how specific parts of the website are built, and it can be used in a hybrid mode, combining static site generation with dynamic enhancement.
Next.js also includes built-in features like an image component with optimization, support for exporting applications to static HTML, and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), which allows you to create or update static pages after building the site.Data Fetching in Next
The Next 13 version introduced a new app directory, which for the time being, is still in beta and not recommended to use in production. With this new version, Next’s pre-existing Data Fetching (getStaticProps and others) methods are being deprecated and replaced with the new App Router. For now, however, you can still use the legacy data fetching methods.
In Next, getStaticProps is a function that allows you to pre-render pages at build time using data that’s available ahead of a user’s request. This means that the page can be fully rendered with all its content before the user even requests it, resulting in faster load times and better performance.
To illustrate, an example of where getStaticProps might be used is with a headless CMS. A headless CMS separates the content management from the presentation layer, which allows you to work with the content data without worrying about how it’s going to be presented to the user.
With getStaticProps, you can fetch data from the headless CMS at build time and pre-render the page with that data.
When getStaticProps is used, chúng tôi generates both HTML and JSON files that can be cached by a CDN for performance. The JSON file is used in client-side routing through next/link or next/router, which means that client-side page transitions won’t call getStaticProps again.
This also makes the application faster, as it doesn’t have to re-fetch data that has already been fetched and rendered.
Gatsby is a React-based framework for building websites and apps.
One of the main benefits of Gatsby is its data layer, which allows you to easily pull in data from various sources, such as headless CMSs (Content Management Systems), APIs, and databases.
This data can be combined and queried using GraphQL.
This means that you can use Gatsby to build websites that can pull in data from multiple sources and display it in a unified and consistent manner. Gatsby also provides a large ecosystem of plugins, themes, and starters that can be used to add functionality and customize your project.
As far as performance goes, Gatsby uses static-site generation, deferred static generation, and a custom-built page rendering engine to preload the content that matters, resulting in a snappy website that feels incredibly fast and performant.Gatsby was acquired by Netlify.
Over the last couple of years, Gatsby has been pushing its cloud services quite hard. So it doesn’t come as a surprise that Netlify took an interest and finally acquired the platform. Kyle Mathews confirmed the news in a blog post last February.
In fact, you now get to deploy your personal Gatsby projects on Netlify for free. You can even use a custom domain name!
Moreover, Nuxt is optimized for performance, with features such as code-splitting, tree-shaking, optimized cold-start, link prefetching, and payload extraction. These features enable fast load times and an overall smoother user experience.
Last but not least, Nuxt has a wide range of modules and plugins available to developers, including those for data fetching, state management, meta tags helpers, route guards, cookies, error handling, and more. You can also integrate Nuxt with popular content management systems (CMS) and user interface (UI) libraries with just one line of code.Rendering modes
Nuxt supports two rendering modes: client-side only rendering and universal rendering.
Universal rendering, on the other hand, returns a fully rendered HTML page from the server to the browser. This mode provides faster page load times and better SEO, but can be more challenging to develop for and requires a running server. Nuxt uses the concept of “hydration” to add interactivity to the static HTML page returned from the server, enabling a seamless transition to client-side rendering.
In summary, Nuxt provides developers with the flexibility to choose between client-side only rendering and universal rendering modes based on the specific requirements of the application.
Docusaurus is a static site generator that helps users create documentation sites quickly and easily. It uses MDX, which allows you to write documents and blog posts in Markdown and embed React components within them. It also has built-in localization with support for translations, and you can extend and customize your site’s layout by writing React components.Design principles & comparisons
Docusaurus has clear design principles, aiming to be easy to learn and use with a small API surface area and intuitive project directory structure. It follows a layered architecture with sensible defaults and no vendor lock-in, allowing users to choose their own Markdown engines, CSS frameworks, and methodologies.
Compared to other static site generators, Docusaurus is unique in its focus on documentation sites and provides many out-of-the-box features, including document versioning, internationalization, and search.
While chúng tôi and Gatsby can also help build documentation websites, they require more effort to implement features than Docusaurus.
MkDocs is a good option for those who do not need a single-page application and do not plan to use React.
Docsify and GitBook are not static-site generators and are not SEO-friendly.
Overall, Docusaurus is a powerful and user-friendly tool for creating documentation sites, with many useful features and a growing community of users. Its support for MDX, React components, localization, document versioning, and Algolia documentation search makes it a valuable tool for developers and engineers looking to build efficient and effective documentation sites.

VitePress is the spiritual successor of VuePress, providing significantly better developer experience, better production performance, a more polished default theme, and a more flexible customization API. While the API difference between VitePress and VuePress mostly lies in theming and customization, the Vue team has decided to focus on VitePress as the main recommended SSG in the long run.
One of the primary use cases of VitePress is for technical documentation, where it ships with a default theme designed specifically for this purpose. It also supports fully customized themes and flexible APIs to load data and dynamically generate routes, making it ideal for building blogs, portfolios, and marketing sites.
VitePress offers a great developer experience when working with Markdown content, powered by Vite. It offers built-in Markdown extensions such as Front-matter, tables, and syntax highlighting, making it an excellent choice for highly technical documentation. Additionally, each Markdown page is also a Vue Single-File Component, enabling interactivity in static content using Vue templating features or imported Vue components.Generated as a SPA
Unlike many traditional SSGs, a website generated by VitePress is a Single Page Application (SPA), resulting in faster initial load times and better user experience after the initial load. VitePress automatically pre-fetches page chunks for links that are within the viewport, resulting in near-instant post-load navigation.
Overall, VitePress is a powerful and flexible SSG that enables developers to build fast, content-centric websites, making it an ideal choice for documentation and other content-driven use cases.
Nextra is a simple, powerful, and flexible site generation framework that enables developers to create beautiful websites with chúng tôi and MDX. It was initially created by Shu Ding and Paco Coursey in 2023, with Yixuan Xu contributing significantly to the project since 2023. In 2023, Dimitri Postolov from The Guild joined the core team to help with the development of version 2.0.

In addition, Nextra offers hybrid rendering, allowing you to leverage the hybrid rendering power of chúng tôi with their markdown content, including SSG, SSR, and ISR.
Outstatic is a content management system that simplifies website development by providing a user interface for content creation and editing. Unlike traditional systems, Outstatic doesn’t require the setup of a database or server; instead, all data is saved in a GitHub repository.
Outstatic organizes website content into two main parts: Collections and Documents.
Collections are used to categorize and define different types of content, acting as categories. For instance, a blog site would have a “Posts” collection to hold blog posts. Each blog post in the collection would be a document.
Documents are the individual pieces of content that comprise the website. They contain various types of data, such as the title, content, date, status, author, URL slug, description, and cover image. The title is the name of the document, while the content is the main text and images.
The date indicates when the document was published, while the status determines whether it’s visible on the website or not. The author field shows the name and avatar of the document creator, and the URL slug is the address of the document on the website.
Additionally, the description provides a brief summary of the document, and the cover image is an optional image used as a cover or Open Graph image.
As static site generators continue to evolve, I’m excited about the potential of bringing these patterns further up into the web platform itself. For example, WebAssembly could allow developers to write a full-stack framework in any language, reducing the gap between frontends and backends and enabling static site generators to use more lightweight, efficient code.
In summary, I think we are moving towards more mature solutions that offer a full toolkit for building full applications, including static site generators. By addressing issues such as page bloat and slow loading times through partial hydration and other techniques, we can improve the performance and user experience of static sites.
Last but not least, I’m including answers to a bunch of common questions below.
Static site generators are a type of website development tool that pre-generates web pages as static files, meaning they do not need to be processed by a server-side programming language or a database when a user visits the website.
On the other hand, dynamic websites like WordPress fetch content from a database, build pages and run plugins before sending the page to the user. This process can take a considerable amount of time and slow down the loading speed of the website.
Because static site generators pre-generate the pages beforehand, there is no need to fetch content from a database or run complex computations to build the page when a user requests it. This means that the loading time of static sites is significantly faster than dynamic sites.
In addition, because static sites can be easily cached, they can be hosted on a CDN (Content Delivery Network) which distributes the content across multiple servers around the world, reducing latency and improving performance for users in different locations.
Static site generators are, therefore, a good option for websites that do not require frequent updates or complex functionality. They are often used for blogs, portfolios, and small business websites.
Partial hydration is a solution to this problem. It allows you to define what you want to hydrate, either on a per-page basis (page-level hydration) or in a more granular way by defining precisely what components you want to hydrate (component-level hydration).
With component-level hydration, you can implement partial hydration in a more precise way, such as the Islands Architecture that Astro uses.
