Suggested March 2024 All 10 Disney Plus Mcu Shows Ranked From Worst To Best

Disney Plus

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law recently had its finale on Disney Plus, and the year wrapped up with The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, bringing the tally of completed MCU shows up to 10 (including a Halloween special too). That means that “Phase 4” series have overtaken the feature films. But of those 10 shows, which is the best MCU show? Your mileage may certainly vary, but below is our MCU show ranking, ordered from worst to best.

Related: MCU 2023 Calendar: Everything coming to big and small screens next year

To avoid getting bogged down in questions of MCU canon, this list only includes MCU Phase 4 titles. That means you won’t find Daredevil or other Marvel shows previously on Netflix here, or many animated series and live-action shows from ABC, Hulu, or other networks. While most of those are streaming on Disney Plus, it’s not entirely clear whether or how they all fit into the MCU canon. (But we can’t wait for Daredevil: Born Again to shed a bit more light on that.)

If you haven’t watched the shows listed below, you can check them out, along with other Marvel titles, on Disney Plus by hitting the link below:

Phase 4 MCU shows ranked

Editor’s note: We will update these rankings as more new MCU series are added to Disney Plus

10. What If…?

Disney Plus

There’s so much potential in the multiverse-centric animated series What If…? Each episode takes place in a different corner of the multiverse. As such, we see familiar events reframed in a new light. What if Steve Rogers hadn’t become Captain America, with Peggy Carter instead donning the iconic shield. Or what if T’Challa had been abducted from Wakanda instead of Peter Quill, making him Star-Lord instead of Black Panther. The animated MCU series has a great central conceit. It allows for stories that aren’t beholden to existing canon.

Having said that, the concept gets old pretty fast. It feels less like an exercise in breaking from the confines of continuity and more like a string of winks to the audience. In some cases, these stories feed into later projects like Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which can make for satisfying worldbuilding. On its own, though, What If…? mostly feels like a missed opportunity.

9. Moon Knight

Disney Plus

While it was full of cool ideas and featured some of today’s finest actors, Moon Knight stumbled a bit out the gate. Built around the mystery of museum employee protagonist Steven Grant’s lost time, the show slowly reveals that Steven has dissociative identity disorder, and that manifests as completely distinct identities that take turns inhabiting his body. Among them is mercenary Marc Spector, who is the earthly avatar of the Egyptian God Khonshu. As the series progresses, we learn more about the Egyptian Gods and Steven’s traumatic past, though the series plays with our perceptions of what is real and what is in Steven’s mind.

Moon Knight features some stunning effects and dark, clever themes, but as an introduction to an entirely new character, it leans a bit too heavily on mystery before we’re actually invested in any of the key players, making this one of the weaker MCU show entries.

8. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier

Disney Plus

The title of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was a bit puzzling when it was first announced. At the end of Avengers: Endgame, Steve Rogers hands off the Captain America shield to Sam Wilson, his former sidekick The Falcon. It seems like a clear indication that Sam is the next Captain America. In The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, though, we see Sam, partnering with Bucky, after he has rejected the title, the two taking on new Super Soldiers and their old enemy Zemo. It seems inevitable, though, that Sam will accept his new responsibility by show’s end. It’s a bit of an obvious fakeout.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, perhaps more than any other MCU show, feels like it would have been better served by the feature film treatment. It’s full of unnecessary asides, and the pacing never quite finds its stride, despite a number of great plot points (the introduction of a previous Black Super Soldier stands out as particularly poignant and a reminder of America’s dark past). Of course, that should all be remedied when Sam gets his own feature film with the as-yet-untitled Captain America 4. But it’s hard not to see The Falcon and the Winter Soldier as a trial run for Sam’s solo title. He didn’t need the training wheels.

5. Hawkeye

Disney Plus

One of the standout surprises of Marvel’s foray into MCU shows was no doubt Hawkeye. While arguably the most minor of the original Avengers, Clint Barton, a.k.a. Hawkeye, nevertheless sure can carry a show. It didn’t hurt that he was joined by MCU new addition Kate Bishop, an obvious successor to the Hawkeye mantle and charismatic new addition to the ever-growing cast of characters. In Hawkeye, Clint and Kate spend the holiday season fighting bad guys in New York. Clint’s past has caught up with him, and when his path crosses Kate’s, the two become unlikely allies in their attempts to solve a mystery, clear their names, and make it home in time for Christmas morning.

By the end of the series, it feels a bit like Hawkeye is trying to cram too many Easter eggs and teasers for upcoming projects into its runtime at the expense of the show’s own narrative. It doesn’t ruin it by any means, but it does cost Hawkeye a few points in the MCU show rankings.

4. Loki

Disney Plus

Loki has been a fan-favorite anti-hero since his first appearance in 2011’s Thor. Since then he has shifted allegiances, nearly destroyed Earth, and found redemption as a loyal ally to his brother, the Asgardian God of Thunder. Having died in Avengers: Infinity War, though, Loki is off the board. Or, rather, the Loki we’ve followed through the entirety of the MCU is off the board. In Avengers: Endgame, we saw Loki in an alternate timeline make his escape after the Battle of New York in the original Avengers. That Loki is alive and travelling through the multiverse when we meet him again at the start of Loki.

Of course, messing with the multiverse attracts the attention of the Time Variance Authority, who put Loki to work finding a variant version of himself. With eerie, pulpy sci-fi and a version of Loki learning to be good anew, the series is a terrific use of the multiverse and of the character Loki, setting up some exciting possibilities for the larger MCU while telling a thrilling, funny, and addictive story. All six episodes of the first season are must-watch Disney Plus content, and Season 2, due out next year, is looking to be an even bigger hit for the platform.

3. Werewolf by Night

Disney Plus

Released as a one-off Halloween special, Werewolf by Night is a fun standalone story that stands apart from most other MCU titles in its evocation of classic Universal monster pictures. Clocking in just under an hour, the special sees a group of monster hunters assembled for a hunt that will determine the next leader of their cabal. Gael García Bernal stars as Jack Russell, one of the hunters, who seems to have something to hide as he colludes with the beastie they’re all after.

Introducing Marvel’s Man-Thing and Elsa Bloodstone, Werewolf by Night may well be lining up some future projects, but it’s a terrific story on its own, and it has the added benefit of requiring no knowledge of previous MCU titles.

2. Ms. Marvel

Disney Plus

While Kamala Khan is a big Avengers fan, giving Ms. Marvel strong links to other MCU projects, there’s something refreshing and exciting about how self-contained the series is. Yes, it eventually offers a very brief tease to the upcoming feature The Marvels, but 99% of the time, it’s a hero origin story tucked into a moving and heartfelt coming-of-age teen drama. Ms. Marvel and Moon Knight are arguably the only two MCU shows to offer such fundamentally new stories within the established Marvel Universe, though Ms. Marvel does it much better.

Kamala Kahn is a teen trying to fit in. A superhero geek, her bedroom is plastered with Captain Marvel posters. When she finds a family heirloom that gives her superpowers, Kamala embarks on a journey to discover her family’s origins in Pakistan as she fights off new enemies, including a shadowy government organization. Having Kamala’s story stretched across a season of TV gives it enough room to stretch out. We get a glimpse into Kamala’s friendships, her family life, and more, without having to cut straight to the action. It evokes some of the best elements of the Spider-Man films while also carving out its own exciting identity, putting it high up among MCU show rankings.

1. WandaVision

Disney Plus

The first MCU show to premiere on Disney Plus. WandaVision set the bar high for the shows that would follow. WandaVision’s first episodes followed Wanda and a miraculously revived Vision enjoying domestic life in a small suburb. Each episode was modelled on a different classic sitcom as we slowly came to realize that Wanda was controlling and brainwashing her neighbors through magic.

WandaVision gave Wanda far more character development than she ever got in her MCU film appearances, and it had one of the most unique and original styles of any Marvel project so far. While the plot got a little out of control by the end and made way for a bland, CGI-heavy final battle, the show remains a major standout and laid the groundwork for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as well as hinting at a potential X-Men launch within the MCU.

All 7 Susanoo Users In Naruto (Ranked)

Although Chakra is the core power system in the Naruto manga and anime series, some characters possess additional powerful abilities in the story. One such impressive ability is possessed by Sharingan users. If you haven’t guessed already, it’s the rare and fascinating Susanoo technique that makes the Uchiha clan members in Naruto so powerful. This ultimate ability can be activated by those with Sharingan in both eyes and comes in various types and colors depending on the user. When we first saw the allure of Susanoo in the anime, it quickly became a fan favorite. That said, in this article, we have ranked every Susanoo user in Naruto on the basis of their strength. So, let’s check out the strongest Susanoo users in the anime series.

Spoiler Warning: This article contains spoilers about characters in Naruto and Sharingan and Susanoo users. We suggest you watch the anime or read the manga to avoid ruining your experience.

Note: As fans might know, there are various variations of Susanoo for each Sharingan user. However, we have only added the final powerful versions of every Susanoo while ranking the users on our list. We have also included the various kinds of Susanoo that the respective users have had over time.

1. Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki

Image Courtesy – Naruto by Pierrot Animation Studios (Fandom)

Debut: Shippuden Episode 468 (Anime-only)

Variations: Complete Body Susanoo

Primary Color: Light Blue

Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, popularly known as the “Sage of Six Paths,” is the strongest Susanoo user we have seen to date. Rightfully known as the forefather of Shinobi, he had a gigantic Susanoo figure in its complete body form.

Once again, Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki is considered to be the most powerful Susanoo user by Naruto fans, even though it was shown only in the anime.

2. Sasuke Uchiha

Image Courtesy – Naruto by Pierrot Animation Studios (Fandom)

Debut: Shippuden Episode 210, Manga Chapters 478

Variations: Skeletal Body, Humanoid, Armored, Complete Body Susanoo and Indra Susanoo

Primary Color: Purple (Anime), Dark Blue (Manga)

Sasuke Uchiha, the current Shadow Hokage of the Konoha, is the only person to have five different forms of Susanoo. His Susanoo had a Skeletal Body, Humanoid, Armored, Complete Body, and Indra Susanoo. All these variants came with distinct weapons, including swords, bow & arrows, etc. These weapons can then be imbued with black flames (Amaterasu) and lightning, making them more powerful. Sasuke further enhanced the powers of his Susanoo with the help of his Rinnegan.

Sasuke’s Perfect Susanoo also had wings that enabled him to fly. In Indra form, Sasuke could create deadly attacks with his bow and arrow to obliterate enemies. In the complete body form, Sasuke was able to generate his signature moves — Great Fireball Technique and Chidori — using the weapons as a medium.

Sasuke is godly with his mighty Susanoo forms and has all the qualities to surpass Hagoromo as the strongest Susanoo user of all time in the Naruto-verse.

3. Madara Uchiha

Image Courtesy – Naruto by Pierrot Animation Studios (Fandom)

Debut: Shippuden Episode 339, Manga Chapters 588-590

Variations: Skeletal Body, Humanoid, Armored, and Complete Body Susanoo

Primary Color: Dark Blue

These swords are so powerful that they can slice up large mountains into pieces. Madara always stayed OP as the most powerful Uchiha to ever exist and achieved various feats with this Susanoo. He was capable of creating clones of himself that can use Susanoo as well as he can incorporate his Susanoo with the Nine-Tailed Beast (Kurama).

The iconic scene of Madara vs the five Kages will always be remembered by the fans and will keep on reminding us that Madara was truly a monster with his Susanoo powers.

4. Kakashi Hatake/ Obito Uchiha

Image Courtesy – Naruto by Pierrot Animation Studios (Fandom)

Debut: Shippuden Episode 473, Manga Chapters 688,689

Variations: Complete Body Susanoo

Primary Color: Light Blue

Out of all the Susanoos on this list, the most surprising and unexpected Susanoo form in the anime has to be Kakashi’s. The climax of the Naruto Shippuden series (see Naruto Shippuden filler list) was shaping up to be an amazing ride and Kakashi’s Susanoo was like a cherry on top of the cake.

Technically, this Susanoo can be called both Kakashi and Obito’s since the latter lent his Sharingan powers to Kakashi to awaken the said Susanoo. Kakashi’s Susanoo was a Complete Body form and had a unique ability up its sleeves. Its appearance was more similar to that of Kakashi and even had a scar similar to Kakashi’s iconic scar.

5. Itachi Uchiha

Image Courtesy – Naruto by Pierrot Animation Studios (Fandom)

Debut: Shippuden Episode 138, Manga Chapters 391-393

Variations: Skeletal Body, Humanoid, Armored, and Complete Body Susanoo (Game-Only)

Primary Colors: Red and Orange (Anime), Yellow (Manga)

While Itachi is the reason for the Uchiha Clan’s perishment, he was also the Shadow Hokage who had to do it in order to protect his village. Itachi is one of the most powerful Uchiha to ever live, and he deservedly had one of the strongest Susanoos on his side.

It’s unfortunate for us fans that we didn’t get a Complete Body Susanoo (due to his early death) from a great legend like Itachi. But we have seen the Skeletal Body, Humanoid, and Armored versions of his Susanoo in the show. Even without a perfect Susanoo, Itachi’s Susanoo was considered to be invincible and untouchable. Each version was sufficiently powerful, but Itachi’s Susanoo in Naruto was nothing short of amazing in the final armored version.

It also possessed the Sword of Totsuka (in its right hand), an exquisite sword that can not only cut opponents but also can trap those who got slashed in a “genjutsu-like world of inebriated fantasies forever.” In the left hand, it had an impenetrable shield named Yata Mirror. This shield could change its nature depending on the attack it encountered and render it into a void. You can now understand why Itachi was considered invincible. Just imagine how much powerful Itachi would have been with his Perfect Susanoo.

6. Indra Otsutsuki

Image Courtesy – Naruto by Pierrot Animation Studios (Fandom)

Debut: Shippuden Episode 168 (Anime-only)

Variations: Skeletal Body, Complete Body Susanoo

Primary Color: Purple

Indra Ōtsutsuki is the son of the all-father Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki. And just like his dad, he also had one of the strongest Susanoo powers at his disposal. Indra was more like how Sasuke is now, and they both share some uncanny similarities. Indra started out with a Skeletal body Susanoo and made it all the way to a Complete Body Susanoo (without even having an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan). Both of these forms were strikingly similar to Sasuke’s Susanoo variations.

We don’t know about the exact powers of Indra’s Susanoo. But it is a Complete Body Susanoo, which tells a lot about the powerful qualities it might possess. We have ranked him lower on this list as we don’t know his Susanoo’s true and complete powers.

7. Shisui Uchiha

Image Courtesy – Naruto by Pierrot Animation Studios (Fandom)

Debut: Naruto Storm Revolution (Game-only)

Variations: Humanoid, Complete Body Susanoo

Primary Color: Dark Green

We were not able to see the renowned Shisui Uchiha’s Susanoo in the anime. Yet, the author Kishimoto designed a special Susanoo for him in one of the Naruto games. For this very reason, many fans consider this power as a canon and part of the story. Surely, a powerful guy like Shisui would have mastered the Susanoo. But unfortunately due to his premature death, we never got to see its power and abilities.

Disney Plus isn’t the only streaming service where you can watch Disney content but it’s the most popular one these days.

If you’re an Xbox One owner impatient to start watching your favorite Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Disney Channel, National Geographic, or Star Wars movies no downloading errors should stop you.

When you are troubled by this issue, here are a couple of troubleshooting tips to help you download the app on your Xbox One in no time.

What can I do if Disney Plus is not downloading on Xbox One? 1. Create a new account

Sometimes issues with your login credentials can cause difficulties downloading the app. It can be because of your registered email address, or because of the servers in your area.

As such, create a new Disney+ account using a different email address, while also using a VPN.

Disney+

Starting off with a clean slate is usually the go-to solution for any problem. Create a new account, download the app and start enjoying Disney+!

2. Ensure you signed up for the streaming service

First of all, as eager to take a peek at The Mandalorian you might be, note that you need to sign up for this streaming service before downloading it to your console.

There are two plans to choose between: you can either pay $6.99 per month or go for the annual plan that will save you a few bucks.

3. Double-check your download steps

Once you’re signed up, turn on your Xbox and sign in to your profile.

Open search by hitting the Y button.

Type in Disney Plus.

Then, hitting A will direct you to the Microsoft Store where you can find Disney Plus.

In the Apps section, select Disney Plus.

You might need to search it if you don’t see Disney Plus from the start.

Select Install to add the

app

to your

Xbox One

.

You’ll be notified as soon as the download is finished.

Open the Disney Plus app by holding the middle button on your Xbox controller.

Next, log-in using your Disney Plus credentials to get access to access to endless movies and TV series.

When you find the video you want to watch, just hit A to start playing.

4. Check Internet download speed

Expert tip:

We don’t want to break you the bad news but after a successful download, there’s a catch with playing the videos in 4K resolution. Unlike Amazon Video, you won’t be able to enjoy this feature on Xbox One as only Xbox One X and Xbox One S support Disney’s 4K for now.

What’s also essential in this case is a good connection speed: it needs to be 35Mbps or more to stream Disney Plus.

5. Disconnect and reconnect from the Internet

Disconnecting the Xbox One from the Wi-Fi Internet connection has often helped users in a similar situation to fix the issue. Wait 30 to 60 seconds, and then reconnect.

Sometimes all you need is to refresh your connection and the download will complete or act fast when your Xbox One doesn’t see Wi-Fi at all. Most users don’t know what to do in a situation like this. Don’t be one of them and read this quick guide to learn how to solve the problem in no time.

6. Switch to a different device

As frustrating as it sounds, you might be getting a device compatibility issue like Error 83. This means the Disney Plus app is having an issue with the specific Xbox One you’re using. To clear out any doubts, you should be able to watch Disney Plus on your Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X.

These are the models that support the channel itself, while other models, such as Xbox 360, cannot stream Disney Plus for now. Switching to a smart TV, a PC, or even a different Xbox model should yield a different result.

Follow the steps in this guide and see which one helps you resolve the error. Finally, don’t leave aside the fact that you may watch Disney Plus on other devices at the same time. There’s no need to get involved in a quarrel about your tonight’s movie choice with other family members!

The 10 Worst Places To Live In The Universe

Recently, we told you about an exoplanet that rains glass. Sideways. Which got us thinking: 1.) we will never complain about the weather here on Earth again and 2.) surely that’s got to be the worst place to live in the entire universe. But no! With the help of NASA and Kepler astronomers and a couple physicists, we found nine additional wildly inhospitable planets. Of course, you wouldn’t survive too well anywhere in the universe that isn’t Earth, but these places would be particularly awful–places with conditions “well-matched to Dante’s visions of hell,” as physicist Steve Tufte describes one of the planets. Check out the most miserable planets in the universe.

Venus

Venus is very close to Earth in distance (between 24 and 162 million miles away) and in size (it’s about 95% of Earth’s size), and prior to the 20th century, scientists thought it could be home to life. In reality, as physicist Steve Tufte puts it, Venus has conditions “well-matched to Dante’s visions of hell.” The planet has more volcanoes than any other planet in our solar system and much of its surface is covered in lava. The surface pressure is equivalent to being more than half a mile underwater (which would about triple the deepest dive ever), and its temperature averages more than 730 K (hot enough to melt lead). On top of all that, the planet is surrounded by a thick cloud of sulfuric acid, which would really, really suck, and its atmosphere is 96 percent carbon dioxide. Conditions on Venus are hypothesized to be a direct result of a runaway greenhouse effect, in which the self-regulating carbon cycle spirals out of control. Billions of years ago, scientists believe, temperatures rose enough on Venus that water evaporated. Water vapor is a greenhouse gas, and so as more water evaporated, the planet only got hotter. Once a certain threshold was broken, it became a “runaway effect,” where the self-regulating system fails. The result is the dreadful conditions for life we see on Venus today.

COROT-7b

When it rains on COROT-7b, it rains rocks. ‘Nuff said? Well, it gets worse: COROT-7b, which is 489 light-years from Earth and about 1.5 times our size, is estimated to be around 2,800 K (that’s 4,580 degrees F); the exoplanet is so close to its star that its year lasts only 20 hours on Earth; and its surface is probably a welcoming mixture of volcanoes, lava, and rocks. Okay, ’nuff said.

TrES-2b

This planet is about 750 light-years away, and is basically a demon planet. Not much is known about it aside from the fact that it’s the darkest exoplanet discovered to date: blacker than coal, it reflects less than 1 percent of light. Astronomers aren’t entirely sure what accounts for its darkness, but it could be that it lacks reflective clouds or has light-absorbing chemicals in its atmosphere. The fact that it’s so dark doesn’t mean it’s cold, though — in fact, what little light it does emit has a faint red glow like a hot electric stove, and its temperature is estimated to be around 1,255 K (1,800 degrees F).

WASP-12b

WASP-12b, 1,100 light-years from Earth, is being slowly pulled apart by its star. In fact, it orbits so close that its tidal forces are pulling away its upper atmosphere at a rate of nearly 200 quadrillion tons each year, turning it into an egg-shaped ball of super-hot carbon. Planetary scientist James Lissauer suspects that deep below the turbulent shield, this Jupiter-sized planet might contain rocks made of graphite or even diamond.

Kepler-16b

Watching a sunset on this cold, Saturn-size gas giant 200 light-years away from our solar system, you might think you were seeing double. That’s because every 229 days, Kepler-16b orbits two stars. But this “Tatooine-like” planet is far less hospitable than its oasis-like relative of Star Wars fame. At -120 degrees F, it’s too cold to sustain life, but research done last year suggests that one of its moons–if it even has one–could be capable of maintaining an Earthlike atmosphere.

Kepler-10b

If you spent the night on Kepler-10b (560 light-years away), you’d wake up a year older. That’s because the 2,800-degree F planet orbits its star every 20 hours. This rocky super-Earth (so called because it’s about 1.4 times the size of our little blue marble and nearly five times as dense) is thought to have a surface of molten lava hot enough to melt iron.

CFBDSIR2149

CFBDSIR2149, discovered in late 2012 100 light-years away, is just a sad planet. Its story is even sadder than Pluto’s. First, its name: pure gobbledegook. But much worse is the fact that scientists believe it to be either a brown dwarf or a rogue planet. If it’s a brown dwarf, it means it was supposed to be a star, but failed: due to low mass, its core never got nuclear fusion going. If it’s a rogue or “orphan” planet, it means that it formed as a normal planet around a star, was somehow ejected from its orbit, and now roams the unforgiving universe. If that isn’t enough to make it a poor place to settle down, it’s estimated to be about 700 K, or about 800 degrees F. At least CFBDSIR2149 can claim to be the most literal planet. The word “planet” comes from the greek “planētēs,” which means wandering star.

Kepler-7b

Nicknamed the Styrofoam planet, this ball of hot hydrogen and helium is 1.5 times bigger than Jupiter but less than half of its mass. It also has an albedo of 0.38, meaning it reflects so much light that the NASA scientists who discovered it thought they might have made an error. “Since we began finding exoplanets, we’ve started to realize just how much diversity is out there,” said astrophysics research scientist Jean-Michel Désert. Kepler’s Michele Johnson described the planet’s blinding reflectivity and 2800-degree F average surface temperature as a “disco inferno.” But maybe you’re into that.

Kepler-13b

Living on Kepler-13b might be most like walking around inside a kiln, according to NASA planetary scientist James Lissauer, except for the fact that there’d be nothing to walk on. Like other “super-Jupiters,” as these large planets are known, Kepler-13b lacks a hard, contiguous surface. Instead, its layers are made up of hot, violently swirling layers of gas that bring its average temperature to 3,257 K (more than 5,000 degrees F), making it one of the hottest exoplanets ever discovered.

HD 189773b

HD 189773b, 63 light-years away, looks nice and Earthlike. But it’s not. It’s about 1270 K on its surface and it rains glass. Sideways. The blue color is thought to come from silicate particles in the planet’s atmosphere, which scatter blue light. Because of the planet’s surface temperature, the particles could condense to form glass. These glass grains would then fly around in the planet’s 4,000-mph wind. Ouch. Now, let’s all just take a moment to relish Earth’s relatively moderate climate.
